The automotive clusters of País Vasco (ACICAE), Comunidad Valenciana (AVIA), Aragón (CAAR), Galicia (CEAGA), Cantabria (GIRA) and Castilla y León (FaCyl) presented, March 26th in Madrid, the conclusions of a study about the human capital in the automotive sector. Moreover, in this event the companies Alumalsa, EvoBus Ibérica, Faurecia, Gestamp Automoción, Grupo Antolin and PSA Peugeot Citroën presented its practical examples.

In this act, the Galician cluster presented the flexibility model introduced in the PSA Peugeot Citroën Center of Vigo. To explain this model, the event had the participation of Ignacio de Pablos, person in charge of Social Relations and Employees in the factory of Vigo, who emphasized the flexibility as a competitive advantage for the companies.

This act, attended by 60 Human Resources and Operational Directors, was closed by Yolanda Alcalá, person in charge of Studies and Analysis Area of the DGPYME (Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism).

This event was part of the ”Benchmark of innovative tools of human capital management in the automotive sector companies ”, funded by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism and the European Regional Development Fund, inside the AEI Program, to improve the competitiveness of Spanish industry.
