The Fourth Strategic Plan for competitive improvement of the Galician Automotive Sector

The deployment of this Plan lead the Galician Automotive Sector to boost its strategic capacity in terms of cooperation, enabling the industry to be ahead of new competitive scenarios in a proactive way.

VISION

To situate the Galician Automotive industry in the position of competitiveness and sustainability leader in a global level in a 2025 horizon, contributing to the progress and quality of life in our region.

The Fourth Strategic Plan for competitive improvement of the Galician Automotive Sector comprises 34 action plans to be implemented in the period 2020-2024, although all of them have been defined taking into account the General and Sectorial Strategic Framework in a long term time horizon until 2025.

The deployment of this new Plan will allows the Galician Automotive Sector to strengthen its strategic capacity in terms of cooperation, enabling the industry to be ahead of new competitive scenarios in a proactive way.

The strong changes currently suffered by the automotive sector must be turned into an opportunity and progress factor for all member companies in CEAGA.

This plan proposes the next steps to be developed by the Sector in order to reach its objectives of competitiveness, digital transformation and industrial excellence. These actions are framed into ten functional areas:
