The Training Group (part of CEAGA’s “People Network”) visited, last July 14th, the facilities of Benteler in order to know, at first hand, the application of different 4.0 technologies.
In this visit, attended by 11 CEAGA companies, in addition to obtain a return of the experience in the dual vocational training, implemented by Benteler, the participants learned about the operations of integrated management software SCADA, developed in collaboration with the CTAG.
Another interesting point of the visit constituted the welding simulator that uses Benteler to train students in the dual vocational training and its own staff.
With these initiatives, CEAGA continues to prepare for the development of advanced industry, organizing specific conferences, working groups or visits.
The Training Group was created with the aim of anticipating to the training needs of the Cluster companies and sharing good practices and experiences.
