The Lean Experts Network, created by CEAGA in 2010, visited, last October 16th, the Lonza Biologics Porriño facilities.
In this new session, the Lean Managers of the Cluster companies had the opportunity to know the Lean good practices of this company in the following areas: strategic deployment, assessing compliance, warehouse and support areas (utilities, quality control. laboratory, etc.)
The Lean Experts Network has developed other visits at important automotive companies such as: Faurecia Automotive, Denso, GKN or PSA, although this is the first time that the group visited a plant outside of the automotive sector.
With the consolidation of this initiative and sharing good practices, the Cluster keeps on working for the total implementation of Lean Manufacturing in the CEAGA member companies.
