Last May 13th, took place, at the facilities of CEAGA Corporate University, a tech-day about the “UNE new regulations in industrial machinery” with the participation of more than 30 professionals of prevention of risks in the workplace’s from the Sector .
The day counted with the participation of José Manuel Lavandeira, Security Coordinator of the Prevention Service of PSA Peugeot Citroën, who stressed the importance of safety and training of professionals who handle industrial machinery for the industry in general and for the PSA Center Vigo in particular.
On behalf of the Hune company, with which the UCC has an agreement to offer certified training, participated Luis Ángel Salas, Corporate Director of Human Resources and José María Sevilla, in charge of External Training. The speakers directed their intervention to raise the participants’ awareness about the incidence and severity of accidents that occur in operating machinery, emphasizing the key role of line management, as well as to provide information on the new regulations on this respect on this topic.
