Last May 6th started the Development Programme of automotive Directors, organized by CEAGA Corporate University, and due to high demand, there are two training groups: one for Managers and other for Department Directors.
The initiative has been joined by 45 Sector professionals of the 37 companies, of which over 50% are SMEs, and aims to equip participants with the knowledge, tools and skills necessary to manage their businesses or departments in a global, coordinated and coherent way.
This Programme, funded by the Igape through grants for collaborative projects for Sectorial training jointly financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) in the framework of the 2007-2013 Galicia ESF operative programme, is taught by Kaizen Institute and the AFundación Business School.
This training initiative, key in an automotive Director profile, has a total duration of 64 hours and has two workshops in the following companies: Maier Ferroplast and Benteler.
