The ninth edition of the CEAGA’s Lean Experts Development Plan has started with three new groups. This initiative is a theoretical-practical program directed to improving the training of the Lean Coordinator, as well as all support staff, to design and to direct their global strategy of constant improvement in their own plant.
In this new edition three groups have been launched: the Beginners, Junior and Senior level. In addition to training in class, each student will have to conduct a workshop for improvement in its own plant.
This plan, organized by CEAGA and began in 2009, is directed to the people in charge of implementing the Lean Manufacturing culture in the Cluster companies. Furthermore, this plan has great participation among the companies, this year there are 38 people of 24 companies in the groups.
