The eight edition of the CEAGA’s Lean Experts Development Plan has started with four new groups. This initiative is a theoretical-practical program directed to improving the training of the Lean Coordinator to design and to direct their global strategy of constant improvement in their own plant.
In this new edition four groups have been launched: the Junior level (two groups), Senior and Expert level. In addition to training in class, each student will have to conduct a workshop for improvement in its own plant.
This plan, organized by CEAGA, is directed to the people in charge of implementing the Lean Manufacturing culture in the Cluster companies. Furthermore, this plan has great participation among the companies, this year there are 43 people in the groups.
