Galician Automotive Cluster keeps on working to boost industrial excellence in all our member companies and extend the principles of Lean Manufacturing throughout the Sector. So, a ceremony to deliver the Lean Certifications and Reports 2011 took place last January 26th at CEAGA facilities.
The main objective of these Lean Certifications, personally hand out by CEAGA’s Sensei, is recognize the effort of those companies actively engaged with the Lean deployment at their own plants.
In this new edition of the Lean Certification process, 12 Cluster companies were accredited due to the implementation of their Lean Action Plans, which include the improvement areas resulted from 2010 Lean Certification.
