Since last July 16th the registration dates for the 3rd edition of the “Management and Development of New Products” program, organized by CEAGA Corporate University, are open. 83 professionals in the Sector have been trained on leading topics in innovation and product development to date thanks to this Program.
The program in “Management and Development of New Products” is unique in Spain, since it has been entirely developed and is led by professionals of the Galician Automotive Sector. This circumstance offers two key advantages: full linkage to the reality of the automotive industry and truly practical training and real application.
This program is structured in two phases, the second of which is mainly practical training through real projects in the Cluster companies, based on the knowledge and skills acquired by the students on the first phase.
The contents are divided into two main areas: technical and soft skills training combined with visits to factories, lectures, tutorials and practice in company. The course ends, as in the first two editions, with the presentation of the project to an evaluation committee.
The panel of GDNP trainers is composed mostly by professionals of the Galician Automotive Sector with over ten years of experience in project management or as leaders in quality, process enginering, design, logistics and other related areas
The second edition of this program ended last July 6th at the Mar de Vigo Auditorium, with a ceremony where 35 students from Vigo and Ourense groups received their diplomas and presented the seven innovation projects of the 2011-2012 academic year.
