(In2AI) is a technology-based company specialising in the development of advanced artificial intelligence solutions, with extensive experience in a range of projects centred on data management. It focuses on improving organisational processes through AI. Since its inception, In2AI has directed its activities towards generating its own technological knowledge and developing innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence, with a clear focus on applied research and experimental development. A corporate conversational assistant tailored to the automotive sector that transforms scattered documentation and data into a secure, traceable and useful conversational layer for industrial operations. ASM2 learns from the company’s authorised documentation and systems and provides traceable responses to support day-to-day operations, incident resolution and decision-making based on the company’s own data and information, whilst also being able to draw on external documentation. All of this is carried out under a model of total privacy: information never leaves the organisation’s systems, and each user only accesses content for which they have internal authorisation, ensuring that no response discloses documentation outside the defined access perimeter.
Processes and technologies
The solution implementation process is streamlined and requires minimal involvement from the client, involving the following steps:
– Deployment and configuration of the platform on the client’s server: configuration of the RAG system, integration with the roles and permissions system, configuration of the LLM, and configuration of the monitoring dashboard.
– Unit testing.
ASM2 is based on two Artificial Intelligence technologies:
1. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): enables documents and information stored in repositories or databases to be transformed into a format optimised for search.
2. LLM (Large Language Models): enables the system to understand interactions with users and generate accurate responses in natural language.
These two technologies are combined via an LLM orchestrator—which is necessary for implementing the workflows associated with the assistant’s functions—and an administration front-end for configuring and monitoring the product. At all times, the organisation’s data remains within its own infrastructure and is not transferred to any external system.
