El ”Plan de Desarrollo de Expertos Lean” de CEAGA se estructura en cuatro niveles diferentes y cada uno de estos niveles equivale a un cinturón.
1 July 2009

Last June 25 began the theoretical and practical training of the “Lean Experts Development Plan”, organized by CEAGA and directed to the people in charge of implementing the “Lean Manufacturing” culture in the Cluster companies.

The Lean Coordinator training is constructed in four levels and each of them is equivalent to a belt. The first two levels will be given from June to December, 2009, with 104 training hours, including theoretical lessons as well as practice activities and 52 Coaching hours.

One of the key factors for the “Lean Manufacturing” to be successful in the company, is that the whole staff is involved and compromised with the strategy, specially the Direction.
