The Cluster of Automotive Companies of Galicia (CEAGA) is launching the ”Industry 4.0 Transformation Program” to stimulate industrial digitalization in SMEs and contribute to generate greater added value in the Automotive Sector of Galicia.
The methodology used in this process includes the following activities: perform a diagnosis 4.0 to know the level of organizational and technological maturity of the companies, develop an individualized roadmap 4.0 of each company, support the development of strategies for the implementation of specific solutions or pilots and create the CEAGA Network 4.0, a team to promote collaboration in the ecosystem, pilot the digital transformation model and exchange experiences.
The initiative will run until March 2019 and 12 SMEs from the Automotive Sector of Galicia will participate. The ” Industry 4.0 Transformation Program ” is supported by the Program of Support for Innovative Business Groups (AEI) of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.
