Galician automotive suppliers have shown their capacities to the PSA Peugeot Citroën Purchasing Management at an event organized by the Galician Automotive Cluster, CEAGA, which aimed to foster the allocation of new projects to the member companies.

This act took place, last January 23rd, in Porriño with more than 100 representatives of the cluster companies.

The event counted on the participation of the following members of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Purchasing Management: Jean Baptiste Formery, Purchasing manager for Vehicle Equipment and Components; Josselin Le Bouhris, Purchasing director for Interior Elements and Safety; Patrick Faitout, Purchasing director for Closing and Exterior Elements; and Gaspard de Monts, Purchasing Director for Components addressed to the Vigo, Mangualde and Villaverde centres.

The first part of this act had the following speakers: Yann Martin, Director of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Vigo Centre; Jean Baptiste Formery, Purchasing manager for Vehicle Equipment and Components; and José Luciano Martinez Covelo, President of CEAGA.

One of the key points of the event included a tour around different exhibitors, where CEAGA companies had the opportunity to present their activity and their most innovative products in front of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Purchasing Management.

The CEAGA’s President, José Luciano Martinez Covelo, valued this meeting as ”a great opportunity to present the maximum PSA components purchasing executive the strengths of the Galician components industry. Our suppliers’ network is one of the most important ones in Europe”.
