As every year, CEAGA has launched a new edition of the BenchManager Project, a tool for generating competitive positioning reports. This new edition, which was launched last February, will allow companies to quantify their competitive situation with the rest of the Cluster companies, based on a set of Lean and Industry 4.0 indicators and best practices adapted to the needs and particularities of the sector. The confidentiality of the information is preserved.
The indicators are currently being compiled so that the 15 participants may soon have their reports available. Each company will have a structured, individualized and valued report in which the competitive position of the company in different areas such as logistics, quality and production will be analyzed.
Due to the differences between the processes and the realities of the large component manufacturers, the indicators have been selected with the aim that the results are truly comparable and adapted to the reality of the companies.
With 17 editions carried out, the BenchManager project is well established among the Cluster companies and has a dual purpose:
– For companies, comparatively analyze their current situation and their evolution compared to other companies in the sector, detecting areas for improvement.
– For CEAGA, monitor the evolution of the Sector’s level of competitiveness.
