CEAGA hosted a good practices session about ”Visual Management in the automotive sector”

This morning took place, at the CEAGA’s facilities, a good practices session about ”Visual management in the automotive sector”. The objective of the meeting was extend and consolidate the continuous improvement thanks to the visual management in the Cluster companies.

In addition, on this day, the multinational Tarifold presented solutions and innovations in the management of visual communication for the different plants and offices of the Sector.

At the meeting, attended by more than twenty professionals in the automotive industry, also participated Kaizen Institute and Dismac.
