Last Friday, the 29th of May took place in the facilities of the Cluster the presentation of the Lean Experts Plan, designed by CEAGA and Valessentia, in collaboration with PSA Peugeot Citroën Centre of Vigo.
This training plan has been designed with the aim to improve the qualifications of the Lean Coordinator, and that he turns into the internal expert that provides autonomy to every productive centre in the unfolding of the Lean Plans.
This is a practical programme in which the Lean Cordinators will have to relay on the support of the management of every company for the accomplishment of improvement workshops in every plant, where the acquired knowledge will be put into practice.
Nowadays there are 35 companies of the Cluster are implementing the Lean System. But it is necessary to remember that in order for the Lean Manufacturing to be successful in each company, it is indispensable that the whole staff is involved and compromised with the strategy.
