General managers, innovation managers, purchasing managers, and sales managers from the cluster&#8217;s companies participated, consolidating this event as a benchmark for knowledge exchange and business collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, attendees were able to see first-hand the most advanced technological solutions developed in Galicia at the Demo Experience, a space where BFA start-ups and various technology companies from the Cluster showcased their innovative projects. More than 100 B2B meetings and networking activities were also held, aimed at strengthening strategic alliances and promoting high-value collaborative projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same event, more than 40 top-level professionals also participated in the open innovation workshop, a session that was part of the series of conferences entitled &#8220;Leading transformation in the automotive sector&#8221;, focusing on optimising operations and leadership in changing environments. This workshop provided companies with tools to strengthen their operational resilience and confidently address the current challenges facing the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants worked in groups on five key topics: green factories, new mobility, attracting talent, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, strategic areas that set out the roadmap for strengthening the competitiveness of the Galician automotive and mobility ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-workshop-1-1024x682.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23754\" style=\"width:477px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-workshop-1-1024x682.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-workshop-1-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-workshop-1-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-workshop-1-1536x1023.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Foto-workshop-1-2048x1364.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the MIG2025 programme included a distinguished panel of speakers, including Pedro Pacheco (Gartner), Anne Laliron (Stellantis) and Pedro Alberto G\u00f3mez (PwC), who shared their views on the key trends that are shaping the future of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was closed by Jos\u00e9 Luis Alonso Mosquera, Director of Stellantis Vigo; Patricia Moreira, President of CEAGA; and Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Lorenzana Somoza, Regional Minister of Economy and Industry, whose participation highlighted the importance of public-private collaboration in advancing the transformation of the sector together.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>300 executives from Galicia&#8217;s automotive and mobility ecosystem participated in the first edition of MIG2025 &#8211; Mobility Innovation Galicia, organised by CEAGA on 14 October to promote innovation as a driver of competitiveness and unity within the sector.
