This project offers students the opportunity to participate in a platform where real industry challenges are presented, allowing them to propose innovative solutions and make themselves known in the sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A platform of challenges and opportunities. The Talent Race is aimed at&nbsp;students&nbsp;who are in the&nbsp;final year of their university studies,&nbsp;training courses&nbsp;or&nbsp;master&#8217;s degrees. In addition, these challenges are a good opportunity for students to find ideas and opportunities for the completion of their Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s theses. This year, participants will be able to choose between two categories of participation: individual or team (2 to 4 members), and respond to challenges, proposed by 18 leading companies in the sector, related to industrial operations, logistics, sustainability or vehicle development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project aims to raise awareness of the industry in the educational and university environment. In addition to the proposals, the 18 participating companies will offer students the opportunity to meet leading industry players up close, access&nbsp;guided tours&nbsp;of companies and apply for&nbsp;internships, scholarships&nbsp;and&nbsp;job offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year&#8217;s Talent Race offers prizes in both categories:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual category:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>First prize: participation in the Advanced Programme in Management, taught by IE Business School.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Second prize: \u20ac1.000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Team category:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>First prize: \u20ac2.500<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Second prize: \u20ac1.500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can register on the platform:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/plataforma.ceaga.com\/talento\">https:\/\/plataforma.ceaga.com\/talento<\/a> and respond to the proposed challenges before 30 June.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 18 leading companies in the sector that are driving this second edition are: OP Mobility C-Power, Gestamp Vigo, Benteler Automotive Vigo, BorgWarner, Grupo Copo, Denso Sistemas T\u00e9rmicos Espa\u00f1a, Galicia Auto Estampaci\u00f3n, GKN Driveline Vigo, Lear European Holding, Maier Ferroplast, Magna Seating Vigo, Megatech Industries Orense, OP Mobility Exterior Business Group, Serveo Servicios en Industria, ZF Lifetec, Grupo Marsan, SMRC Automotive Interiors Spain and Constellium Automotive Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Galician Automotive and Mobility Cluster has launched the second edition of its&nbsp;Talent Race, an initiative that seeks to attract and connect the talent from universities and vocational training centres with the automotive industrial ecosystem in Galicia.
