{"id":21880,"date":"2024-03-26T10:40:50","date_gmt":"2024-03-26T09:40:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/?p=21880"},"modified":"2024-07-26T09:57:40","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T07:57:40","slug":"ceaga-launches-a-pilot-project-to-attract-talent-to-the-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/en\/ceaga-launches-a-pilot-project-to-attract-talent-to-the-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"CEAGA launches a pilot project to attract talent to the Sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>CEAGA presented last week, in the auditorium of the School of Industrial Engineering of the University of Vigo, a pilot project to attract talent from universities and vocational training centers to the companies of the Automotive and Mobility Cluster of Galicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Talent Race project seeks to connect the automotive and mobility industry with talent through the resolution of challenges, through a platform launched in collaboration with other national automotive clusters and funded by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism (Innovative Business Clusters program).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this platform, 14 CEAGA companies have presented real industry challenges for students to propose solutions, thus making themselves known in the automotive and mobility ecosystem, being able to share spaces with professionals, visit companies and access internship and employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This pilot phase is focused on university students in technical careers (in the final year of their degree or Master&#8217;s degree).
