{"id":16819,"date":"2015-04-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-04-08T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceaga.com\/successfully-finished-the-first-edition-of-the-team-leader-lean-programme\/"},"modified":"2015-04-09T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-04-08T22:00:00","slug":"successfully-finished-the-first-edition-of-the-team-leader-lean-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ceaga.com\/en\/successfully-finished-the-first-edition-of-the-team-leader-lean-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Successfully finished the first edition of the Team Leader Lean Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The CEAGA Corporate University closed yesterday, April 8th, the first edition of the \u201cTeam Leader Lean\u201d development Programme with a practical visit to the PSA Peugeot Citro\u00ebn Vigo facilities.<\/p>\n<p>This Programme, in which first edition participated 12 professionals of the 9 Sector companies, was organized in order to focus on the important figure of the Team Leader, essential component in the Lean development process.<\/p>\n<p>The Programme is directed to Team Leaders and team supervisors with experience in the position or potentials Team Leaders, who coordinate a small group of workers in charge of manufacturing components.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the good results of this initiative, next week will start two new groups.
