More than 25 people from Cluster companies attended this act.<\/p>\n<p>The event focused on two topics of great interest currently in the area of Human Resources: Flexible compensation, why and how to implement it in the current context, and new legislation affecting redundancy plans.<\/p>\n<p>In order to talk about flexible compensation, this conference counted on the participation of Gemma Corte, Flexible Compensation Manager at Aon Hewitt Espa\u00f1a.
