An important example is the recent visit of the Training Group (part of CEAGA\u2019s \u201cPeople Network\u201d) to the \u201dSecurity Box Arret\u201d in the PSA Peugeot Citro\u00ebn Centre of Vigo. This event was a PSA initiative with the aim of sharing its recent experience in subcontractor\u2019s safety training and so helping launch similar models in other Cluster member companies.<\/p>\n<p>Another sign of the internal knowledge exploitation is the recent collaboration of one of the CEAGA \u201dLean Experts\u201d, working at CTAG, who is teaching a training course on \u201d5S and visual management\u201d at Visteon. The \u201dLean Experts\u201d, once they have completed all the training levels, have the opportunity to share their experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing courses, organized by CEAGA Corporate University.<\/p>\n<p>Another example is the internationally awarded, \u201dManagement and Development of New Products\u201d Programme, organized by the CEAGA Corporate University.
