Therefore, this first act called \u201cSectorial culture\u201d has as main objective create and consolidate the deployment of the sector culture in their own companies.<\/p>\n<p>CEAGA Corporate University is an educational entity designed as a strategic tool to support the companies in the achievement of their aims, training and developing their employees and promoting a learning culture in the organizations. <\/p>\n<p>The aim of this great effort promoted from the Cluster is to turn into a referent in terms of people development tied to the Sector by applying a pedagogic model designed to answer to its current needs and the most modern approaches in education.
