This initiative financed jointly by the IGAPE had the following objectives:<\/p>\n

\u2022 To train 14 recently graduated students by means of a theoretical – practical education and to facilitate their later incorporation to the labour market through an internship contract in one of the Cluster companies.<\/p>\n

\u2022 To attract talent to the Automotive Sector and to have a source of effective of newly titled students with a high degree of technical qualification and the domain of at least one foreign language.<\/p>\n

\u2022 To answer to the professionals\u00b4 lack in Galicia of students with the needed levels of Technical, Commercial and Idiomatic competitions demanded by the sector.<\/p>\n

On September 7, 2007 the chosen 14 recently graduated students, joined the theoretical – practical program and from October 15, 2007 to October 15, 2008 the practices took place at CEAGA companies such as: Dayco Ensa, Industrias Proa, Hidrospack, Cie Galfor, Dalphi Metal, Maier Ferroplast, Mars\u00e1n, Rieter, MGI Coutier and CEAGA.<\/p>\n

This Friday, the 17th of October, the Program was closed by the handing over of the diplomas during a closing ceremony that also led to the formulation of the conclusions regarding the Program.<\/p>\n

The results of the companies and of the pupils have been highly satisfactory because the pupils gained experience in the sector, and it has allowed the continuity of 90 % of them in the sector.<\/p>\n

The valuations of the companies participants have been also highly satisfactory because this type of programs has provided them with candidates that have general knowledge of sector and a profile adapted to the job position.<\/p>\n
